Are all TSPORT trucks brand new?
Yes, all TSPORT trucks are new, with most arriving directly from the factory. Additionally, new vehicle dealers can choose to send one of their new vehicles to us for modifications.
Are all the parts proprietary?
No. The majority of parts in our TSPORT packages are made by approved vendors, though we do occasionally source a small number of components from reputable brands to enhance the quality of certain builds.
Can I purchase TSPORT parts separately?
We only sell parts as replacements for previous builds, and a registered VIN number is required to purchase through our warranty department. If you don’t currently own a TSPORT truck, we do not sell parts separately.
Can I mix and match parts from different brands?
No. Each TSPORT package is carefully designed to work cohesively, adhering to strict brand guidelines to ensure quality, consistency, functionality, and flow across all builds.
Will you modify my used vehicle to TSPORT specifications?
Unfortunately, no. Any TSPORT build must go through your new OEM dealer of choice.
Do TSPORT modifications void the factory warranty?
No. We uphold the factory warranty for every TSPORT truck.
Do TSPORT parts and accessories come with a warranty?
Yes! All parts we build and install are covered under a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first). If your vehicle needs service, you can take it to any OEM dealer for a seamless experience.

How long does it take to customize a truck?
Typically, our turnaround time is 2-4 weeks after receiving the stock truck.
What is the cost of a package?
We offer a range of packages, many with additional customizable options. For specific pricing, please contact your local TSport dealer.
What happens to the factory parts after the up-fit?
We credit the price of the stock parts removed during the build, reducing the overall package cost. The removed factory parts are sold to qualified vendors contracted to handle them.
Does the suspension system affect the towing capacity?
No, it does not.
Can I add upgrades to my package after purchase?

Can I still get replacement parts for an older up-fitted vehicle?
